MS. LISA WILLIAMS: We ask that you fax a copy of your insurance card usually on their first visit, when you come in for your initial consultation. With that, that allows me to look over your coverage and go over it with you when you come in, and explain to you what level of coverage you have. Most insurance companies and most employers provide some type of infertility coverage.
