Welcome to Washington Fertility Center, the offices of Dr. Pierre Asmar, Dr. Nancy Durso and Dr. Susan Sarajari. We have offices located throughout the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area. Our fertility centers are staffed by an experienced group of professionals who are committed to making the dream of having a baby a reality for couples who have been unable to conceive. We understand the frustration, stress, and desperation couples are experiencing; therefore, we provide the sensitivity, personalized attention, and understanding needed during this difficult time.
We offer new patient appointments with Dr. Durso, daily monitoring and intrauterine inseminations at this location. IVF procedures, HSGs, and surgical procedures are performed by Dr. Durso at the Annandale center. Our infertility treatment is provided in a warm, caring atmosphere. We perform all available tests and offer a full range of state-of-the-art treatments. At Washington Fertility Center, we adhere to the most rigid standards of professionalism, safety, and courtesy, and always strive to obtain optimal results for every patient we treat.
Our Annandale office is the main hub of Washington Fertility Center. Dr. Asmar and Dr. Durso see new patients and do consultations at this office. Daily monitoring with ultrasounds and bloodwork is performed. Our IVF center and surgical center are located in Annandale. There is an onsite x-ray suite where Hysterosalpingograms are performed. The office is located in a townhouse style complex with adequate parking, making it convenient for our patients. The atmosphere is serene to help relax you prior to your procedure.
The Reston office is located on the Reston Hospital campus. Dr. Asmar and Dr. Durso offer new patient visits and consultations. Ultrasounds and Inseminations can be performed at this site as well as Semen analysis when scheduled in advance.
The Fredericksburg office is our newest addition. Dr. Sarajari offers new patient appointments and consultations at this office. The office is located just off of the Mary Washington Hospital complex and has convenient parking. This office offers daily monitoring sonograms, bloodwork, HSG’s and IUI’s.

Washington Fertility Center participates with most insurance companies. Some insurance companies require a formal referral from your primary care doctor and others do not. Insurance coverage of infertility treatment varies according to your employer or whoever purchases the plan. Our staff will confirm your coverage level to determine what benefits are available for you.
For patients without insurance coverage, we offer a package price per cycle for ovulation management, IUI, IVF, and donor egg cycles. Our prices are among the lowest in the area for per cycle rates.
